Your Easy Agile Evaluation
Your company is using a free trial evaluation license. Learn about your options for extending or purchasing.
You can trial any Easy Agile app free for 30 days. The evaluation includes the full app functionality.
At the end of the evaluation period:
- On Jira Cloud:
- If your Jira Cloud site uses the default monthly billing, the trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
- If your Jira Cloud site is switched to annual billing, the app will stop being available when the trial ends. You’ll see an “Unlicensed” page instead.
- On Jira Data Center: The app will no longer be available, and you’ll see an “Unlicensed” page instead.
How to extend a free trial/evaluation
On Jira Cloud
To extend an app evaluation on Jira Cloud, you’ll need to reach out to the Atlassian Customer Advocate team here. They’ll also require approval from the Easy Agile team to change the evaluation end date: contact our team here for approval.
On Jira Data Center
You can generate a new evaluation license for Easy Agile apps on Jira Data Center by logging into My Atlassian. You’ll need Jira Administrator permission to apply the trial license.

How to purchase an Easy Agile app license
Jira/Billing Administrator permission is required to purchase a license.
You’ll need to reach out to your Jira Administrator or internal IT support team to request a commercial license for the app if you can’t access the “Manage apps” page in Jira settings yourself.
On Jira Cloud
If your Jira Cloud site uses the default monthly billing, the free trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
If your site is switched to annual billing, you’ll need to generate and accept a quote through the Atlassian Billing Console or by contacting the Atlassian billing and licensing team here.
You’ll need Billing Administration to manage app billing on Jira Cloud.
On Jira Data Center
